Righteous Anger – A Victorious Warrior or A Compromising Whelp

By Ray Gano

In my past articles I have taken on some topics that over the years, the feminized emasculated church has turned from.

It is one of the primary reasons that we are censored, shadow-banned and constantly put in Facebook jail. Because I just don’t know when to shut up. That is a good thing I guess, someone needs to call a spade a spade.

So why are we where we are today? It is because most Christians do not take the time to really read the bible, but instead listen and watch all the famous preachers, teachers and such. We have gotten in the habit of letting these people tell us what is in the bible instead of us finding out on our own.

Well over the years we have had a more feminine influence than we have had of biblical masculinity. Thanks to this softer, more “caring” and “loving” ideas (which is total bunk by the way) we now have a more emotionally, experience driven church than one that relies solely on God’s Word.

It is God’s Word plus experience, feeling, leaning on our own understanding, and the list goes on as to how Christians deal with the world today.

Like it or not, these are all feminine traits. Women base a lot of their “truth” on feelings and emotions. This is a fact.

Men base their “truth” on logic and plain “yes” or “no”, mission-oriented results.

Like it or not, this is how God sees things as well. God is very binary, yes – no, black – white. There is no gray area and in fact God’s Word warns about this.

James 1:8 (KJV) A double minded man is unstable in all his ways.

Speaking of the Laodicean church today Christ said –

Revelation 3:16 (KJV) So then because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spew thee out of my mouth.

In fact we are warned but trusting our emotions (heart). God says that the heart (our emotions) are deceitful above ALL THINGS.

Jeremiah 17:9 The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked: who can know it?

Yet we are where we are today because we have feminized the church and gone against God’s Word and its teachings.

Because we (most men) have lost the testicular fortitude to do what is right and stand our ground, we now have the touchy-feely sugar-coated church today.

No one is willing to call a spade a spade.

In the past articles I showed where Christ himself got angry, wielded weapons, took on soldiers and bowled them down, got in people’s face and yes called them names the described their true selves.

In today’s world Christ would be called intolerant, hateful, mean spirited, and all the other names that the emasculated feminized church likes to toss around out there today.

Christ was a man’s man, not this Brad Pitt effeminate looking sissy boy that so many put out there today representing Christ.

If men stood their ground, remained being grounded in God’s Word and retained the boldness, I believe that our nation would be a different place than what we have today.

So, what do we have today?

Starbucks Produces Sicko Sodomite Cross Dressing Commercial

As reported by Christian News Network…

“Starbucks has released its first homosexual-themed commercial this week, featuring two crossdressers.

In the one-minute commercial, Starbucks Corporation featured the top two contestants from RuPaul’s “Drag Race” season six: Adore Delano and Bianca Del Rio.

Starbucks has been a long-time supporter of homosexuality.”

Source – http://christiannews.net/2014/11/02/starbucks-releases-first-homosexual-themed-commercial-featuring-crossdressers/

I do not know about you, but why are companies moving this direction?

But worse, where is the righteous anger over this and this is just one example. Go to google news and look at all the hedonistic sickness taking place in today’s world.

I can hear all the feminized pastors out there saying, “oh we just need to love them into heaven.”

What a stupid thing to say.

Folks, these people are morally and spiritually depraved via their own free will. These people are reprobates, they are now enemies of God. They know of God, His saving grace and His Son Jesus Christ. In fact, they go to gigantic extents to spit in God’s Face to the point of making “sex toys” in the image of Christ, Moses, and the Cross.

So, this idea that these reprobates do not know about God is sugar coated thinking and an unwillingness to do what is right and call these people reprobates. We then need have nothing to do with them what so ever.

I look at other things going on out there. Both sides of the political idea have no backbone and both settle for milk toast than be men and leaders as they were voted in to be.

Where is the righteous anger in the church today? Have we been hammered down (Stockholm’s syndrome) so much that to think anything negative is all of a sudden hate speech?

I guess to talk about this, we need to define what righteous anger is.

First – Righteous Anger reacts against actual sin. We are called to define the sin/ true evil biblically. Males who stick their appendages into other males’ backsides are called Sodomites. This act is in violation of God’s Word. But thanks to the effeminate emasculated church today, we are welcoming these people into churches today and even preach from the pulpit instead of recognizing reprobates and enemies of God. These people do not want to change, they force their sin upon us and force us to accept and change. Righteous Anger says NO MORE and puts the foot down and boldly speaks up.

Second – Righteous Anger focuses on God, His Kingdom, Rights, and Concerns. NOT on our little kingdoms, rights, and concerns. Yep, this is a biggie to many. See we like to blur that line and make “our” rights, concerns and such the same as God’s. Our anger needs to be God centered and not self-centered. We need to have Godly motives based on His Word. But because we lack knowledge of His Word or rely on some watered-down bastardization of His Word, then it is natural that we are ignorant of truly what is Godly motives and not. The key is to accurately be viewing things as offensive is not enough. We must view things primarily as offending God and not ourselves.

This is why I say that I am not going to spend another penny in Starbucks ever again, and since the release of that commercial about 5 years ago, I still have not graced a Starbucks establishment.

If enough people truly had the fortitude to stop going to Starbucks and give up their caffeine addiction, then how much money would Starbucks loose? Let me remind you that the gay community that they are pandering to is only what.. 2% – 3% of the population? The only reason they are where they are is the old adage… the squeaky wheel gets the grease. They have allowed their evil anger to drive them and they have won. Where we have allowed our Righteous Anger to be subdued and therefore, we have lost.

A prime example of a company that is suffering from Christians no longer shopping there is Target. Their stock has tumbled, they have been closing stores and their parking lots are pretty much empty, at least at the one we have in town.

Third – Righteous Anger is accompanied by other Godly qualities and we express it in Godly Ways. This is the tough one, because we can allow the flesh gain control in the blink of an eye.

See, Righteous Anger retains self-control. We must keep our head and wits about us without cursing, screaming, raging, or flying off the handle. We must remember that we are always God’s Ambassador.

In some of my studies I talk about duels, when we are exercising our Righteous Anger we are at that time in a duel. Not only are we battling ourselves remaining focused and sharp, but we are also battling the other person and the moment that we do lose our cool and stoop to the level of the heathen, then we have lost.

I am all in favor of being stern, identifying people by their true character (calling a spade a spade), even defending myself if the person wants to get physical. But I will not cower, and I will stand in the duel. People know truth and justice when they see it. They also know evil and perversion when they see that as well.

People to this day still fill movie theaters where it is good vs evil and the masses are always glad about good prevailing over the evil.

To do this at times, Righteous Anger must be involved, and we must be willing to stand our ground.

This is why it is critical that we be in God’s Word and truly know right from wrong, good from evil and those gray areas that the enemy likes to throw into the mix. When we know God’s Word and educate ourselves, we are able to fight those who wish to oppress us with their evil and expose the darkness to the light.

But as long as there are emasculated, effeminate, spineless, willing to bend at sin men who refuse to stand for what is right and show a little righteous anger. We will never gain the high ground that we have lost over these years all because we did not have the testicular fortitude needed to do the right thing in the first place, not advocate the chain of command that God put in place.

But we are where we are because man basically wussed out and did not want to do the hard work anymore. Today men want to sit in the lazy-boy and watch sports all day wasting all that time on their sports addiction instead of studding God’s Word?

So many men have lost their way because the lack the knowledge of God’s Word. They have accepted these watered-down churches and watered-down bibles. Instead of being real leaders, it is easy to just go with the flow and accept these sugar coated bastardiaztion of what Church and the Bible should be.

No wonder we have no Righteous Anger, we have no power of God whatsoever and no I am not talking about this so called Charismatic voodoo garbage people equate to God’s Power.

I am talking about the fortitude and courage that allows us as Christians to stand for the truth. And until we get back to the real Word of God (The Authorized King James Bible) we will continue to be worthless whelps accepting the sugar coating instead of doing the right thing and being those true Godly Leaders that the world so desperately needs.

IF I have made you mad, good, maybe it will wake something up in you where maybe you will start standing for truth, justice and everything right again, instead of just going with the flow and accepting it.

The word for that is compromise.

Compromise is for the emotional person not willing to draw the line in the sand.

Compromise is for the person that does not want to get involved.

Compromise is for those people who like having their heads buried in the sand as the world pass them by.

Compromise is for the lazy and unwilling, thinking that they have paid their dues in life and now life owes them.

Compromise is for those who do not want to rock the boat.

Compromise is for those who do not have the courage to do what it takes, especially when times get tough.

Compromise is for those who would rather let the world win than stand for God, even

when it isn’t the popular thing to do.

I can go on, but you get the message.

We no longer have Righteous Anger because so many people have compromised themselves with God.

What would have happened if Jesus Christ compromised instead of dying on the cross for our sins, where would we be today?

We need to cowboy up and suck it up. The world is a filthy horrible place today. Instead of sitting on the sidelines compromising, we need to get back in the game again.

It means getting angry at what angers God.

It means having courage to shine the light on the evil that is so prevalent today.

It means drawing that line in the sand and not going to Starbucks anymore no matter how much you like that coffee and need that caffeine fix.

It means being willing to righteously angry and to fight the compromise that has become the terminal cancer in the churches today.

William Burke is attributed to saying “For evil to triumph, all a good man has to do is nothing.”

Well, that “nothing” has been going on now for a very long time. We have lost our country to these stinking reprobate enemies of God. Now we can either continue to compromise or we can start doing something about it.

As long as we are here, we are accountable. We will have to stand before him for our complacency. Those of us who boldly stood, we will be rewarded well with crowns and mansions. Those who did not have the fortitude and courage to stand for God, scripture says they will get sticks for their eternal reward. If you think God is going to give the compromiser the same rewards as those of us who had the courage to stand when it was tough, think again.

It is time for the righteous anger to rise up and we need to stand for what is right again in light of God’s Word and not based on our own fleshly feelings, thoughts, and emotions.

We need to drop the whole touchy-feely thing and get back on the hard narrow road.

What will be interesting is to see how many will accept the hard challenge and how many will continue their compromising ways.

When we get to Heaven, we will see who the true warriors were and who were the whelps that came up lacking.

Makes me wonder, how many people will be in heaven wishing they had the fortitude to show righteous anger and stand for the truth? How many will have made it in by the skin of their teeth knowing they wasted so much time here on earth compromising on God,

His Son, The Gospel and His Word?

What sort of person will you be when you get to heaven?

Will you be the victorious warrior or the compromising whelp?

Fight For Them – They Are Your Home

By Ray Gano

Tracye and I have been talking that there is a need for the common person to start thinking about protecting themselves.

Do you know that if you brought a knife to a gun fight, you would most likely win?

This is called The Tueller Drill.

Sergeant Dennis Tueller, of the Salt Lake City, Utah Police Department wondered how quickly an attacker with a knife could cover 21 feet (6.4 m), so he timed volunteers as they raced to stab the target. He determined that it could be done in 1.5 seconds. These results were first published as an article in SWAT magazine in 1983 and in a police training video by the same title, “How Close is Too Close?”

That means that a person that is approximately 21 feet from you or less, they will be able to attack you before you are able to draw a gun.

Watch the following police training video showing that the person with the knife has the advantage over the person with the gun.

WATCH NOW >>> https://youtu.be/J_KJ1R2PCMM

That means that one of your most important skills that you have is your situation awareness. In other words, knowing what is going on around you at all times.

In the Army we used to say, “Stay alert – Stay alive”

That is what is needed today.

Fight For Them – They Are Your Home

Tracye and I really do not watch regular TV anymore. What we do watch is a lot of Netflix so that we can control what shows we watch and stay away from a lot of the filth that is on TV.

The other night we were watching Longmire. If you have not seen it, check it out, it is a great show, kind of like a modern western TV show, akin to the show Gunsmoke for today. (for those who may remember Gunsmoke)

In the show there was a scene with Henry Standing Bear (played by Lou Diamond Philips) where he is quoting from a supposed Cheyenne legend… “What Did The First Warrior Say To The Great Spirit”

I am not sure of its authenticity, but it touched a chord with me and reminded me of what it means to live the Last Days Warrior life.

We are to honor God always and protect the innocent, and the ones we love.

Thought I’d share it with you all.

“The First Warrior looked out on the land and his Home.

He saw the hills And the stars And he was happy.

For giving him his home, the first warrior told the Great Spirit that he would fight and win many battles in His honor.

But the Great Spirit said, “No, do not fight for me.

Fight for your tribe,

Fight for the family born to you,

Fight for the brothers you find.

“Fight for them,” the Great Spirit said,

“For they are your Home.”

This is the attitude that all of us must acquire. We need to be our brother’s keeper again and care. We need to start being situationally aware so that we can cover each other’s back.

“According to American Police Beat, the average response time for an emergency call is 10 minutes. Atlanta has the worst response time with 11 to 12 minutes and Nashville comes in at a lightning speed of 9 minutes.”

The Department of Justice, with their statistical prowess, reports that the best response time is 4 minutes and the worst over 1 hour.

Source – http://www.self-defense-mind-body-spirit.com/average-police-response-time.html

A lot can happen in 10 minutes. This is why I say that we must start taking responsibility for our lives and for the lives of those we care about around us.

US Suffers Its First Beheading

Woman Beheaded In Oklahoma By Muslim Convert

A fired employee who had been trying to convert co-workers to Islam stabbed two female colleagues – beheading one of them – before an off-duty officer shot him, police have said.

After beheading Colleen Hufford, 54, and stabbing Traci Johnson, 43, multiple times, Nolen was shot by off-duty officer Mark Vaughan, who was working at the business.

During Thursday’s attack, Nolen beheaded Colleen Hufford, 54, with the same kind of knife used in the plant, Lewis said.

Lewis said Nolen also stabbed Traci Johnson, 43, a number of times before company CEO Mark Vaughan, a reserve sheriff’s deputy, shot him.

Source – http://nation.foxnews.com/2014/09/26/women-beheaded-oklahoma-muslim-convert

This is the first incident of beheading by a devout Muslim here in the US, we have had a number of more and the numbers are rising.

People need to wake up. Jihad is now on our shores. It has been here for some time now; we just had our heads in the sand about it.

Disturbing video shows young Muslim children at a Philadelphia Islamic center singing about ‘chopping off heads’, martyrdom and ‘defending Palestine with our bodies’

Shocking video has emerged showing a group of young Muslim children in Philadelphia singing of ‘chopping off heads’ so as to ‘liberate Al-Aqsa Mosque’ while ‘defending Palestine with our bodies.’

The clip, which was first uploaded to Facebook by the Muslim American Society Islamic Center in Philadelphia last month, shows a group of children wearing Islamic headdress adorned with Palestinian symbols and colors.

A translation of the video was provided by the Middle East Media Research Institute.

The Muslim American Society issued a statement on Saturday vowing to investigate the ‘unintended mistake and an oversight’.

Source – https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-6994509/Muslim-children-Philadelphia-school-sing-chopping-heads-army-Allah.html

We need to wake up and pull our heads out of the sand.

But we need to do more than just that. We need to be ready to defend and fight these as well as bloodthirsty liberal left and now thinks it is their right to attack people just for wearing red MAGA hats.

Like it or not, we are witnessing the beginnings of a war against good and evil.

We no longer have that choice to stay out of this fight. To do nothing allows evil to prevail.

This event is a great example of why we need to regain our resolve and learn to fight again.

We have been the sheep for too long. Now the wolves are beginning the slaughter.

It is time for the Last Days Warrior to stand up and start caring for those whom he or she loves. It is time to stop being the sheep and start being the sheepdog.

The true warrior fights not because he hates what is in front of him. He fights because he loves what is behind him.

We need to start weaponizing ourselves so that we are always ready to protect and defend if / when the situation arises.

Men… I again I leave you with this critical verse…

1 Timothy 5:8 But if any provide not for his own, and specially for those of his own house, he hath denied the faith, and is worse than an infidel.

Mr President – What Are You Waiting For?

By Ray Gano

If you have not been paying attention, a number of conservative news sources has been “de-platformed.”

So, from now on, these voices that were delivering news that we need to stay up on, are now totally gone.

But that is not all. Anyone who is now sharing any of these de-platformed voices could also be de-platformed.

When I post one of my articles and I push it out to Facebook and other social media, I am reaching probably 40K people. This includes all the groups I post in, emails I send out, alt news websites I post to, etc..

If I was to be “de-platformed” it would literally destroy my livelihood. No more support, no more being a voice of truth, no more pushing out vital information.

I would instantly be gone.

This is what the left is doing. Killing those of us who have a voice. All they want is the leftist ideology that is being pushed by the main stream medial and their cohorts.

If you have been paying attention, the deep state trolls say “private companies can do whatever they want” but this is NOT true!

This is something that I have been trying to point out for a while now. These huge social medias are monopolies and cannot be allowed to discriminate just as stores can’t discriminate on who they sell to!

These are also public means of open communication and by pulling the “Private Company” card. They are shutting down critical voices.

Folks, this is direct tyranny and thwarting yours, mine and other’s ability to speak what they truly believe.

NOW… So far President Trump has done NOTHING against this criminal action by Facebook, Twitter, Google and others except Tweet threats which do nothing!   Google and Twitter laugh at Trump now because he’s been all bark and no bite!  They lie and laugh at Trump while they censor far more than under the Obama demon.

I have been personally affected. We have seen 2/3 of our visitors gone. Support for our work cut in half, emails constantly being “spammed” or blacklisted.

Censorship is 100 times worse than when Trump took office now!

But here is my beef. One of his last tweets says he is “monitoring” the situation!

What the heck…Monitoring?

The powers that be are killing all of us who are effective voices.

Mr President, please take action! I am literally losing my voice and any financial support that I have had all because the social media et al cabal is killing all of us.

Here is the critical thing that YOU have to understand. They are doing this to those of us who have influence in social media.

Once they have done it to us and basically de-platformed all of us, they are going to come after the common joe.

Want to be on any sort of social media? Then you need to tow their line and their ideology.

“Oh Ray, I am not on Facebook, so why should I care.”

BRO… like it or not, sooner or later, you will be forced to be linked in to some form of social media so that you can be tracked. This is a fact. You don’t join then you will join the ranks of people like me who are most likely be ostracized and kicked out to the curb.

Mr President it’s now time to have the DOJ and FBI kick in doors at Google, Facebook and Twitter to seize servers and documents and shut down these criminal companies so they can’t steal the 2020 election!

And that is what they are after. They know that they can not beat you in the 2020 elections do they will do all they can to rob, steal, even murder for it. Their entire communist agenda is dependent upon this.

But it takes the American people to wake up to this fact. How many more people need to be banned? How many more conservative voices need to be stricken?

What I am asking you Mr President, please… stop tweeting and start taking action. Yes I love your tweets and your non-PC way, but it is now becoming talk and no action.

I am personally being affected and my lifestyle is at stake. When are you going to start backing up your words with DOJ / FBI action?

Many of us are suffering and our voices are literally being squashed into the dust.

Why can Eric Holder who was part of Obama admin take action on companies in just a few days on some issues but for two years now, your administration has done nothing but Tweet about how unfair conservatives are being treated on social media!

How many more conservative voices are going to be de-platformed, shadow banned, de-monetized before some sort of justice takes place?

Facebook and Google are in blatant violation of the Constitution as well as US Regulation.

Just think if Walmart stopped selling to minorities!

They would be shut down in days!

So why is nothing being done to help Christian Conservatives / Conservatives in general and we are losing more and more of our rights daily?

President Trump stop tweeting and turn the justice department loose so they can go after these communist thugs.

We are losing everything fighting and exposing the truth of what is happening.

We need you to back us up President Trump!

Ray & Tracye – Where Have You Been?

By Ray Gano

As many of you know, our site was destroyed a several weeks ago. We were hacked big time back in October and I was working with a database guy trying to bring it back, but we did not have any luck.

I then thought that I could use an old back up to at least re-install it so I could have some sort of functionality. But when I did that, the site went up in smoke.

POOF… years of work, articles ect…. all gone.

But the wonderful thing is that I discovered an old email list back up that I had when we created the raygano.com website.

This weekend I was able to install it on our new email server and I tested it out.

PRAISE THE LORD!!! It worked!

The interesting thing is that I have been getting a lot of emails from folks that I have not heard from in a very long time.

I think what happened is that when I built raygano.com some how not all the email names got put into that database.

Folks, just so you know, I am not a database guy at all. But what apparently happened is that only half of the database imported into the website.

So, after sending out this email testing the database, I started to get a number of emails like the following…

Hi Ray and Tracye,  Haven’t heard from you in AGES.  Was so surprised to receive your e-mail.  Are you still down in Panama (I think it was, maybe Costa Rica)?  So MUCH going on!  I know couple folks who came back from So. Am. after we got our wonderful new Prez.  Must always be on guard, though.  Hope to hear from you.  Blessings on your day, D & C

After getting a few of these types of emails, it dawned on me what took place and that something happened to a chunk of readers who somehow got dropped off our email list.

From their point of view, we must have dropped off the face of the earth.

We just moved to Panama when we built the new raygano.com website so the timing is about right.

So, for the 2500+ people who did not know what happened to us, I thought that I would take this time to share all that we have been doing for the Lord and continuing being a voice of truth.

Where To Start?

I guess the best place to start is when we moved to Costa Rica. To be honest, we did not know why God led us down there. It truly was Him and the doors were thrown open.

We asked God on our second recon trip to help us find a home, a car and a mail box.

In seven days, we had all three.  God delivered.

When we got back, we let friends and family know that we were moving to Costa Rica.

That in and of itself was a miracle. We had either packed or sold everything we had from living in New Braunfels for over 11 years. You accumulate a lot of stuff over that time period.

But what was amazing is that we got all this done in just 45 days and we were back on the plane headed to Costa Rica.

Again, it was one miracle after another, and we were being obedient to the Lord’s lead. We really had no idea why we were being led there, but God kept opening up doors and we trusted him and walked through them.

We landed in Costa Rica with 4 dogs and 6 suitcases. We had friends meet us and they helped us get to Atenas, the little town where we would spend 2 great years.

Tracye Gets Sick

Four days after arriving to Costa Rica, Tracye developed appendicitis and we had to get her to the hospital. I was freaking out because we had no money to really pay for an operation and we did not have health insurance for overseas yet.

But again, a friend of ours stepped up and helped us with the bill as well as some of the PZ Insiders. I honestly do not know what we would have done if it wasn’t for all the caring people standing with us in our corner.

Again, it was God.

Costa Rica Life

Tracye and I still wonder why we were guided to Costa Rica. If anything, we were there to help a number of people. We had a LOT of visitors come down and want to check out Costa Rica. It was a steady stream of folks and we truly tried to help each and every person with realistic information and not painting any rainbows and unicorn stuff to fluff things up.

We enjoyed sharing the countries beauty and helping people make a decision to either move down or stay in the states.

One of the wonderful benefits was the friendships that we made and still maintain to this day. As well as the lives we were able to tough and help grow in the Lord.

In Atenas we knew a lot of people and we were always there to help lend a hand when ever we could.

God Calls Us To Panama

We were really trying to get Costa Rican residency, but it did not pan out at all. To expensive at the time and just not feasible.

So, when a friend of ours invited us to come to Panama, we thought “lets check it out and see where the Lord leads.”

Our friends met us at the airport and drove us up to Vucan, a cute town way up in the mountains at the base of Vulcan Baru. It was beautiful and cold. We were not expecting that. In Costa Rica we lived in perpetual spring time. Wonderful 70’s & 80’s. It was the rainy season and at this altitude it got rathe chilly quickly.

We did not think of bringing any coats, so we picked up some and we were surprised at the prices. Things in Panama were at least 1/3 cheaper than that in Costa Rica.

We both liked that a lot.

Food was less expensive, in fact just about everything was 1/3 the cost.

Interestingly it wasn’t as exotic as Costa Rica was. It reminded us more of Texas Hill Country than living down in the tropics.

So Tracye and I prayed about this and went back to Costa Rica. About a month passed and we decided to do another recon trip to Panama and see what doors the Lord opened up for us.

One of the most wonderful things that happened is that we found this incredible church. We have not been in a church like this ever before. It was an eclectic mix of people from different denominations and such. Our pastor who’s name ways Buddy did a great job of bringing it all together and Tracye and I loved being part of this new Christian family.

We continued to have a lot of visitors come down and check out Panama and many loved our church as well.

A number of people who came down to visit ended up staying. Some are still living down there and are happy.

After a few months I was invited to become one of the deacons at our church. It was growing really quickly as more and more people started to move on down to Panama.

Having President Obama as president I think helped push people out.

What was wonderful is that we had a growing community of wonderful Christians and we were affecting the town that we lived in. It was great to see Christ moving in our little mountain town of Boquete.

As I have stated, again we did not know why God brought us down to Central America and anyone who would ask us that we kept telling them it was God and we were just to do and go where He led us.

And we did.

It was a wonderful year living in Boquete and God was really using us.

Then came the ranch.

The Ranch From Hell

Out of the blue I got an instant message on Facebook from a guy who had a ranch for sale.

He heard that I was helping consulting expats and help advise them in moving down to Panama.

I inquired about the ranch and what it had on it and it sounded like the prepper dream property come true.

I told Tracye about it and once again it seemed that God opened up a door, but later we found out that we were taken / scammed big time.

We also found out that the ranch seemed to be a demonic stronghold.

So many things would go wrong out of the blue. Fires, snakes, rats, diesel generator catching fire ( fyi diesel does not burn) and a number of other things.

It wasn’t minor things happening to use either. About every other day something major would break down or break period. It seemed the prior owner just jury-rigged everything just to keep things running one more day.

At first glance, the property was like a resort and there were a lot of great things on the property.

For example, we had this great pool area. Negative is that the guy built the pool using cinder block. Did I mention that earthquakes are quite common? Do you know that cinderblock and earthquakes do not do well together?

So even though we had this great pool area, we could not use it because the pool did not hold water.

The whole place was 100% solar. That sounds pretty cool right?

Folks, you do not want to go 100% solar unless you REALLY know what you are doing. It is not cut out for the weak of heart, nor electronically challenged like I am.

This thing was a pain in the rear. Top that off, Panama’s rainy season. Just in case you are wondering, when it rains, the sun is not out charging batteries. SO, we had to run the generator almost daily to charge up the batteries. That was a lot of diesel we had to purchase and if I did not make it to town, we did not have electricity.

We had 2/3 of our property burn, our solar water well break-down several times, all our ATVs die on us. Our chicken population was greatly reduced by the coyotes after the fires and then the the fer-de-lance snakes, which are super poisonous and VERY aggressive also move in.

Followed by rats. Oh my goodness, where did they all come from? One would think that rats first then snakes, but it was the other way around. They were everywhere and these are not the small rats, these were big 12” long rats, not including their tails either.

Tracye and I could not figure out why we were having such horrible luck. Then I started to do my research.

Article after article, book after book. It seemed that it kept pointing back to one primary thing. Our property was a demonic strong hold.

Now the negative is that we were not the properties’ owners yet. So, in the eyes of the enemy, we did not have domain. Since we did not and they have been there for so long, battling them was fierce and I learned a lot about spiritual warfare and really fighting the enemy on their ground.

By the end of the first year, Tracye and I had enough, and we could not sustain the fight, nor did we want to anymore.

We missed the grand kids and the rest of the family big time. It was time for us to come back to the US.

Now, here is the interesting thing. Out of all this, I gained a wealth of knowledge and hardened battle experience living on that piece of property for that year.

Out of that I wrote an incredible book on spiritual deliverance which was tested first hand with me and Tracye. What I wrote in that book was battle tested and battle proven. I also learned how to look out for future attacks.

The name of the book is “ The Demonic Wars – Winning Our Lives Back & Regaining Ground: Being Demonized – The Hard Fight & Long Term Strategic Battle Plan”

You can order it here from Amazon – https://www.amazon.com/dp/1985584913/

I recommend every Christian get a copy and work the programs, self-exams, ect that I have included in this book. We are living in the last days of the last days and all of us are being attacked at a rate that people do not understand.

Get my book and you will understand. But more than that, you will know what to do and how to plan ahead for future attacks.

Moving Back To The US

I have not shared much about this part because I felt like I was a complete failure.

We lost everything down in Panama, to the tune of about $65K.

Gone… Poof.

A lot of people think we are well off, right now no we can barely rub two pennies together.

We sold what we could and came back with 5 dogs, 6 suitcases and $5K in our pockets.

That was literally all we had to our names.

We were so glad to finally escape that hell ranch. To this day I still have a pit in my stomach when I think about it.

Another thing that happened is that we lost a lot of our readers because the internet was SO horrible out there. We were paying $100 a month for 1.5 meg.

What this meant is that I was unable to upload videos, MP3, in fact just making changes on the website took 15+ minutes per edit.

Because we were not producing content, people naturally dropped off.

So, we lost close to half or readership and support.

Coming back to the US was not an easy feat at all. But amazingly God’s hand and His Favor was with us.

We lived at our son’s house for about 45 days and we used that time to find a home. Another great thing is that because I am a veteran, I was able to get a veteran’s loan and have no $$ down. This was a huge blessing and we were able to get into a nice home that just kind of fell into our laps.

I am not going to kid you, it has been a struggle and we are still struggling, and for those who have been with us on this journey, they have seen all the ups and downs we have had to face.

The good thing is that I have been able to get my demon book out there. I was invited to be part of Hear The Watchmen conference in Dallas, which was a great honor. I was also guest on Skywatch TV and a number of other television shows including The Jim Bakker Show a few times.

What Are We Doing Now?

God has blessed Tracye and I with a wealth of knowledge and personal experience. We have learned to live by the seat of our pants and with great resiliency. You can not knock us down and if you do, we have learned to get right back up and keep fighting.

Like always, Tracye and I have asked God what He wants us to do.

The funny thing is that He came back with this “Teach The People.”

Tracye and I love imparting knowledge. We have been places, seen things, experienced things that many people have not experienced.

We call ourselves “serial entrepreneurs” because we can not help starting up businesses. We have been working in the ministry and living day by day on faith that God will provide since 2005.

There is so much that we want to share and teach that we don’t know where to even begin.

So what we have been doing is going live on Facebook, twice a week.

Tuesdays @ 10AM CST  & Thursdays @ 5 PM CST.

What we have been doing is taking email questions and answering them live. Funny thing is that our videos are actually doing pretty good.

Our latest video that we did – “The Five Things You Need To Do Before The 2020 Elections” already have over 1,900 views and it keeps growing. Same with our other “Teaching” videos.

“My people perish for the lack of knowledge” So both Tracye and I feel and believe that this is what God wants us to do. “Teach The People.”

So, this is what we are now doing. Teaching the people skills that we have obtained going through all the fires that we have gone through and survived.

Like it or not, we think strange days are coming and I think it would be very prudent to know how to navigate all the obstacles that we are able to navigate and avoid.

So that is what we feel led to do teach upon a number of topics from…

  • Survival & Preparedness
  • Bible Prophecy & World Events
  • Living a self-sustaining life
  • Learning to have a home-based business that pays
  • Ketogenic Diet (both Tracye & I are certified coaches)

If you have any questions, please send me an email at ray@raygano.net

I will look it over and we will add it to the list of questions we want to answer.

In the meantime, please consider standing in the gap with us.

We finally have a proper email server and we are now sending out to everyone on our list, not just some, but all.

This is exciting because there are wonderful people we have not heard from in years and I think this is the reason why.

We now have a new website that we are getting up and running… https://raygano.net

And we have created our PZ File Area for our PZ Insiders.

WHICH by the way, I am adding a number of EMP files to the PZ Files Area.

Ray’s Intel Network

I am slowly amassing people who have their ears to the ground and are in specialties areas or experience. One such person, let’s call her “M” has a some good inside information and she has shared with me some great info on EMP. She was privileged to attend a county sponsored closed to the public event and EMP was one of the main topics.

She passed some great intel off to me in pdfs and such and I will be posting some of these to our PZ Files Area. If you are not a PZ Insider, sorry you don’t have access to this information.

Tracye and I are streamlining what we are doing and going to really focus on “Teaching The People” the needed information that is critical to learn.

Expect more informative emails. Make sure you add my email address to your address book and mark me friendly or how ever you mark non-spam email.

We have just under 2 years to do what we need to do.

No matter what, the socialist Marxist democrats are going to pull every dirty trick they are able to pull. They have shown that they are more than willing to lie, cheat, steal and kill to get what they want.

So, we need to be ready for what is possibly going to come down the pipe.

If Trump wins, which I hope he does, then things are going to get 100 times crazier.

If Dems steal the election, then I strongly believe we will see some form of civil war.

Not matter what, those who have the knowledge and know how will pass through the storm.

That is what Tracye and I feel our mission is… “Teach The People” – For my people perish for the lack of knowledge.

Again, contact me with questions ray@raygano.net

How To Have a Productive Mindset

By Ray Gano

Everybody knows we live in an age of distraction, just look at how many people are glued to their phones, on Facebook or some other social media.

We have so many different things trying to get our attention that it’s hard to focus on any one thing, let alone make progress on the multitude of tasks we have on our plates.

As you know recently, we were hacked…twice and our site was totally destroyed with 10 years of great content. Poof… gone.

A few weeks ago I wrote about being resilient, getting back up and pushing forward. If you did not get a chance to read that article, it was born out of the shenanigans that took place that weekend. That was when we lost everything and now we are literarily starting over from scratch.

Starting over means putting your nose to the grindstone, hunkering down and making things happen.

A lot of productivity gurus tell you that you need to cut out the distractions.

So, if email or social media are distracting you, simply get away from them or use a program to block them for the amount of time you need to complete a task.

Works in theory, but not in reality.

Here is what I have personally found. Being distraction-free doesn’t equal productivity. I’m a writer, and as a writer, I’m always working on creating content and along the way connect with potential readers as well as ya’ll who currently read my work.

There is an old saying, all work and no play makes Johnny a dull boy.

Since 2005 I have learned how to have a productive mindset. NOW, I have to admit that there are times where I just let things coast, and that is not good. We need to remember who it is we serve and serve Him to the most and best of our ability.

So just because you get away from the distractions doesn’t mean you’ll be productive with the time you have.

I am a great example as a writer, it’s easy to justify doing anything other than writing as research or creative thinking.

Yeah, scrolling through Facebook for hours. Now, I have over 4500 friends on Facebook, so I could say I am “working” but what I am really doing is wasting time and not being productive.

It is really easy to fool ourselves. We start to think that if we’re doing something, then we’re being productive. But you can work really hard at the wrong things thinking that you’re moving forward when you’re really just spinning your wheels.

This has happened to me a few times.

The key to productivity is adopting a productive mindset and learning how to focus your creative energy on the things that matter.

What I try to do is hard focus on one thing and work as much as I can for 45 min. I then take a break, scroll around on Facebook or do something distracting.

I then hit it hard again and then take a break. I have found my productivity really boost.

So how do you create a productive mindset?

  1. Know Your Why

To get and keep your nose to the grindstone, you have to know your why. There’s a why behind everything that we do, but it’s not always a conscious why.

We eat breakfast..why? Because we’re hungry, but we don’t really spend a lot of time thinking about the purpose behind our desire to eat breakfast.

Having a productive mindset starts with identifying why you do the things you do.

Why are you writing that blog post?

Why are you contacting that client?

Why are you creating that product?

Questions like these force you to do some serious evaluation of your priorities because you’ll discover that the reason why you do some things isn’t a good enough reason to continue doing those things.

Other good whys, taking that vacation you have always wanted to go on. Getting that cool new guy / gal toy or maybe working on improving yourself and your life.

Knowing your why involves looking at your goals (why) your production and then identifying exactly what you hope to accomplish with all that you do and what motivates you to do it.

  1. Identify the Tasks that Make You the Most Productive

To find out what you are doing, you need to track it. I use an app called Toggle Desktop. I used this to track of few days of what I was doing. No matter what I did, I tracked it and timed it. After a few days I was able to drop the data into Excel and create a chart so I can visually see how much time I was being productive as well as wasting.

By doing this you can see where you are truly productive. You can then go and ask yourself “what are the tasks that make you the most and least productive?”

Working hard isn’t enough to be successful at doing what you love because you can work hard at things that are only drying up your creative energy instead of creating results.

You have to identify the things that are most worth your time because they’re the most rewarding in terms of productivity, and this is where Toggle Desktop helped me.

Whatever it is you do for a living, identify the tasks that will make you the most productive in your professional arena.

  1. Focus Your Creative Energy by Challenging Yourself

Once you have a list of the tasks that will make you the most productive, you need a strategy for actually completing those tasks. This is where going above and beyond the simple elimination of distractions is vital.

If you really want to get tasks completed, you have to challenge yourself. Tap into your naturally competitive nature and use it to your advantage.

Set a timer for a specific amount of time and challenge yourself to complete as much of a task as you can within that time frame. As I mentioned above I try to work really focused on short spans of time.

I have been experimenting with 5 min focus – 1 min break. I forget where I read about this, but I am finding that it is working. In fact, that is how I am writing this article that needs to get done.

By doing a super focused 5 min – you will get a lot done. At least I do and I am amazed at how much I can get done.

  1. Be Passionate About Results

A productive mindset requires a high degree of commitment to getting the job done. When the process makes you weary, it’s the results and your why that will drive you to keep going.

This is what keeps me going every day. I have to admit that there are times I do not feel like writing an article. But I know that I would be letting all of you down and I can’t do it.

As a writer, it can be really easy to give up in the middle of an article or better yet a book because the process is starting to feel slow and unrewarding. There are also times that I wonder if anyone is really listening or not. But the article / book isn’t finished, and the only way I can see the result of a finished article / book is to keep going.

If you’re lucky like me, you’ll love what you do, but don’t focus too much on loving what you do because on some days, you won’t. Like after the hackers kill your site and you see everything go up in a poof of smoke.

On those days you really leverage your why. You still need to be productive, so when you’re not passionate about the process, at least be passionate about the why so that you’ll keep going to see the results in the end.

Conclusion

If you want to be more productive, you have to start with adopting a productive mindset.

You need to have a strong why and with that your persistence grows. This is something that you will learn and continue to learn, being productive.

If you can learn this, you will be amazed at what you can accomplish.

I hope that this article has been helpful. Not really your typical Ray Gano article, but I am using the lemons of us having to rebuild anew and turn it into lemon-aide.

With all the negative that is going on in the world, I am really feeling like focusing on positive and learning positive things that can help you and me grow. Tracye and I have been doing this since 2005 and we have been to hell and back several times. So we have a lot of knowledge to impart.

Some of that knowledge is what is in this article and I hope that someone out there needed to hear this because this is what the Lord directed me to write.

If there is anything that you would like for me to write about, contact me and let me know.

ALSO… Tracye and I are doing Facebook Live on Tues @ 10AM and Thurs @5PM. Tune in to my Facebook wall and jump in and say HI.

If there are any topics that you want to see us talk about, again contact me and tell me what you would like for us to answer / talk about.

How To Become a Master of Perseverance

By Ray Gano

I have to be honest, I am really tired of all the bad news that is being fed the American public.  It really takes the wind out of one’s sails.

But Tracye and I keep getting up every morning and doing the work we need to do.

We have become really good at the perseverance game.

How we have done that is by living Proverbs 3:5-6…

5 Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.

6 In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.

So if you are trying to get out of debt, get a college degree, build a home based business, or stick to a healthier diet, many of life’s most meaningful goals require a great deal of perseverance.

Have you ever tried to tackle a difficult long-term goal and failed? If so, you might think that only certain people have what it takes to successfully achieve their dreams.

You’d be wrong.

Accomplishing what you want usually comes down to one thing… perseverance.

As you may or may not know, it’s not an inherent character trait, it is something that you learn…over a long time.  It is getting up and doing the work every day and not quitting.

Perseverance can be learned.

In fact, you’re going to start learning it right now.

What you need to ask yourself is “ I would like _________________________.”

What is it that you want to do? Do you want to learn a second language? Running a Spartan Race? Maybe writing a book? Or paying off all your credit cards?

Whatever it is, think about it and then fill in that blank.

Tracye and I have been talking a lot about this topic and how we have persevered in so many things in our life.

We have had a lot happen to us that I would say is not the norm. We have also lived in a lot of interesting places and done a lot of interesting things.

The one thing that has helped us preserver is “Baby Steps.”

Do you know that you can accomplish just about anything taking small baby steps and never giving up?

Here are few steps that can help you gain and grow perseverance.

Learn From Famous Failures

Babe Ruth

In 1923, Babe Ruth set the record for the most home runs in a season… while also striking out more than any other player in Major League Baseball. Over his career, he struck out 1,330 times, according to the Seattle Times, but rose above his failures to hit 714 home runs.

Thomas Edison

As a young boy, Thomas Edison’s teachers told him he was “too stupid to learn anything.” He did not have much more success in the workplace, as he was fired from his first two jobs for not being productive. Even as an inventor, reports claim that Edison made 1,000 unsuccessful attempts at inventing the light bulb. Happily for night owls across the globe, attempt 1,001 worked out differently.

So what’s the lesson here? Draw strength from other people’s triumphs over failure, even if you don’t know them and will never meet them.

Failure is not a bad word; quitting is the enemy.

I enjoy studying history and look at the successful people. They were / are a success because they embraced failure and did not quit.

Who knows, someday a person you’ve never even met could be getting inspiration from your perseverance in the face of failure. This has happened to both Tracye and I a number of times. It can happen to you too.

Write Down Your Goals & Create a Map To Those Goals

Sometimes we forget how powerful the human mind is. Believe it or not, you can increase the likelihood that you will do something simply writing it down and forming a plan in your mind.  If you can imagine it happening, your mind will find a way make it happen.

Michael Jordan, probably the greatest basketball player ever would preview the game in his mind and see himself doing all the things that he wanted to accomplish during the game. By the time the game actually started, he would be able to act out the “map” he had created in his own mind.

He wasn’t surprised when he blocked an opponent’s shot or slam dunked that ball. He saw it already and mapped it out in his mind ahead of time. So when he had the ball, his mind created the outcome and that is how he became one of the greatest players ever.

You can use this same technique to help you accomplish your goals.

See, a goal if not written down is just a hope and a dream. When you write it down and then put a date beside it, you will be amazed when you achieve it.

TIP – Use dry erase markers and write your goals on your bathroom mirror as well as your car window. This way your brain will see these and chart a course for you to succeed.

Focus on Short-Term Victories With Baby Steps

One of the things that can paralyze you and impede your progress toward achieving your goal is to focus only on the big picture. This is what I meant by saying to take baby steps. If  all you do is focus on the big picture you will become naturally overwhelmed and it will seem like you’re not getting anywhere.

Create a bunch of baby step goals that will get you to the big goal. Remember, perseverance is learned over the long term.

By achieving all the short-term goals, it will help you stay focused and remain successful with each and every baby step.

Your enthusiasm will keep you moving forward, and focusing on your successful completion of each baby step will eventually carry you to your goal.

Get Rid of The Negative Thoughts

This is a pretty simple point, but it’s one that will make all the difference. Your odds of achieving your goal, no matter how difficult, are always between 0 and 100 percent. If you succumb to negative thoughts such as, “I can’t do this,” “I’m not good at this,” or “I’ll never be as good as that person,” you will sabotage your own efforts and eventually give up. Which means you’ll have a 0 percent chance of achieving your goal.

Make a promise to yourself, from this moment forward, no negative thoughts from your mind.

Here is a great tool you can use to help you do that. Imagine your negative thoughts as little flies or mosquitoes that have come to distract you. Good, now imagine you have a flyswatter in your mind that will swat and flick them away from your mind.

You’ll be surprised at how easy it can be, once you get in the habit of identifying and swatting away those negative thoughts.

Stay focused on the positive and keep swatting those negatives away.

Your Mistakes Will Make You Smarter

NEWS FLASH… there will be times when you’ll make mistakes and fall to the ground. The key is to persevere and get back up again.

How you do this is having the mindset that you know you will fail and make a mistake, but you will not allow yourself to stay down and quit. By having a plan in your mind already that you will get back up again when that mistake or failure takes place.

What I do to help me is learn from my mistake or failure. I do an “autopsy” on the situation and look at where I messed up. At times I will talk to Tracye about it, especially if I can not put a finger on the issue. By doing these autopsies, I learn what not to do if faced with that situation again.

Failures are the greatest teachers for success.

This way, you won’t be too hard on yourself when you make mistakes and get down on yourself to the point that you lose your motivation to keep striving.

Having a constructive and forgiving attitude toward mistakes will help you heal faster and will allow you to use the experience to re-focus and refine your approach.

Let the Haters/Bozos Fuel Your Desire

As you work toward your goal, you will run into people who do not want to see you succeed. I call these people “haters” and “Bozos.”

Here is phrase I want you to learn… “Don’t let the Bozos grind you down.”

I have no idea why these sort of people come out of the woodwork, but they do. Maybe they’re jealous, maybe they’re mean-spirited, or maybe they don’t have anything better to do. Whatever it is, it doesn’t matter… Don’t Let The Bozos Grind You Down.

I apply this rule big time when it comes to social media, heaven knows how many people just want to hate on you because of what you do or say.

If someone comes along and they are one of these drama queen bozos, then what I do is instantly block that person. I don’t think twice and debate myself. I instantly block.

If a person is being negative, like the negative thoughts, I swat them with that block button and POOF… they are out of my life.

NOW, when people tell you that you can’t do something, I know at times it can help  strengthens my resolve to go out and do it.

“You said what? Oh no you didn’t” and you go after it like the Energizer Bunny.

Turn Up The Radio

Music has amazing power to shape our emotions and therefore our actions. If you discount its impact, you will miss out on a tool that has helped generations of people overcome the toughest of challenges and persevere in spite of real danger.

One of the ways that I do that is by listening to KSBJ over the internet. It is our local Christian contemporary radio station.

LISTEN HERE >>> http://www.ksbj.com

Music is a great motivator. Music can unite people and help them believe in something even when all hope seems lost.

Use that power to help you on your own journey. Remember that the tone, tempo, and lyrics of whatever song you’re listening to will influence your mood, so pick one that embodies the emotion you want to have.

There’s no shortage of inspiring music — find your favorite songs that make you feel upbeat and confident, and listen to them when the wind is not so much in your sails or when you’re in need of an emotional or spiritual pick-me-up.

Conclusion

Tracye and I want to help more people. We have so much knowledge, information and experience and we want to make a difference in people’s life.

It is funny how much worthless information is in my head.

IN FACT…

My hat is old
My teeth are gold
I have a bird I like to hold
My shoe is off
My foot is cold
My shoe is off
I have a bird I like to hold
My teeth are gold
My hat is old
And now my story is all told.

Yeah, my first ever poem I learned in first grade and I still remember it to this day.

NOW, if you can tell me who authored that poem and an extra bonus point to you if you can name the book.

And here is some insight, you just smiled because you know the author and the book and I helped bring a little joy to you in your life right now.

That is what Tracye and I want to do, help bring joy in people’s lives with all the information and knowledge that we have.

So, how can we share our experiences with you and help better your life?

Think about it and get back with me.

The Pitfalls of Compartmentalizing

By Ray Gano

As many of you know, I come from a security / investigative background. When I research, I conduct it like one would conduct an investigation.

I am one who constantly digs for the truth.

Recently in my investigations of doctrinal ideas, the Christian walk, etc, I have discovered that somewhere along the line we stopped looking at things as a whole and started to compartmentalize.

Some of you may be asking, what is so wrong with this?

In today’s hectic fast paced world, compartmentalizing one’s life helps one deal with so much that is thrown at them. Many of us have learned to live this way for the sake of self-preservation in this crazy world.

The problem is that living a compartmental life is a pitfall.

What is Compartmentalization?

We all know what a compartment is.

It is commonly defined as a space in which that space is then subdivided.

Looking at it another way is to think of your home as a floor plan.

Look at your bedroom. It is a compartment, where you sleep, the kitchen, another compartment, is where you cook and eat, the bathroom is another compartment where you bath and go to the bathroom.

Due to our fast-paced world, we humans have a tendency to compartmentalize things in our life so that we can control them better, deal with the stress and other issues that come with what the world doles out.

In doing this we provide a way that seems “reasonable” to us so that we can then interact with the world.

When we are at our job, we act one way. When we are with friends, we act another way. With family we act another way, etc, etc.

In many cases we have learned to adapt to our environment and then assert certain values, attitudes, beliefs, and language depending upon which compartment we may be in at that time.

And that is the pitfall.

Be Ye Holy

Scripture says…

1 Peter 1:16 Because it is written, Be ye holy; for I am holy.

See maintaining one compartment of our life as “holy” does not render our whole life as holy.
If one compartment of our life is “unholy” then the whole of our life is unholy before God.

Wow Ray, that is hard.

Yes it is. It is something that I believe that all of us deal with, myself included.

The more we compartmentalize the more we lie to ourselves thinking we are doing a great job.

That is the pitfall of compartmentalizing one’s life.

Compartmentalizing creates hypocrisy because in one compartment we live a holy life, yet in another compartment we may live like hell.

When we compartmentalize, we are able to rationalize and justify our actions. That is because we are not living at that moment in the “holy” compartment.

Instead we are living in the “who cares, live like hell” compartment.

Here is a great example of a compartmental life that I think you can relate with.

It is Sunday morning before church. If you have kids, you know exactly where I am going. The morning is hectic, the kids are raising cain, you can’t find your tie, your wife is trying to get dressed, made up, hair done. Kids are fighting over the prize in the cereal box and all this time you need to head out the door.

You get out the door and kids are fighting in the car. You scream at them to shut up, daughter starts crying because you yelled. Wife yells at you because you lost it and by this time you are approaching the church parking lot.

As soon as you pull in, you shift into your “going to church” compartment. You calm down, life is good, push back the frustration, etc etc.

If does not matter that WWIII was taking place in your home 30 minutes earlier. You are now in another compartment and life is good.

This is just an example of the hypocrisy of trying to live a compartmentalized life. One moment you are a complete jerk, another you are that “man of God” that everyone loves.

Add to this the “get drunk on Friday night” compartment, “join the guys from work and go to Hooters” compartment, “swearing like a sailor” compartment, and the list goes on.

Do you see how easy it is to fall into hypocrisy?

Here is the kicker.

I think it is safe to say that when we are completely honest with ourselves, all of us can admit that we live a compartmentalized life in one form or another.

NOW…. If we are living like this, compartmentalizing sin and our Christian walk, what does it make us?

Hypocrites.

But that is not all and this is why compartmentalizing our lives is a pitfall.

Because we have compartmentalized so much, we have made God’s compartment smaller and smaller.

In fact, we get His compartment so small that after a while we start asking God “why He isn’t in our lives anymore?”

We start questioning Him, and doubting him, etc.

What we forget is that God never left us. We have made His compartment so small that we no longer have any fellowship with Him.

Out of this lack of fellowship with God rises no longer needing God in our lives. We start standing on our own, and “doing it my way.”

Pride moves in, the heart become more and more hardened and we continue to compartmentalize God right out of the picture.

By this time, we get to this point we are fully backslidden and wallowing in the muck and mire of the world.

Getting Back to God

You have been living a compartmental life now for a while. Life is not good. There is that special place in your heart that has a void.

Then it happens.

It is about 3:00 AM in the morning when the world is quiet, and we wake to a still small voice.

It is the Holy Spirit talking to us.

We can do one of two things. Ignore it, which is another form of compartmentalizing.

Or we can pay attention to His still, small, convicting voice and start digging through all those compartments trying to come into fellowship with Him once again.

You are wide awake, and it becomes a moment in your life where you start asking yourself…

“Why did you do this, why did you leave God?”

You then talk to God…

“God, why did I compartmentalize you out of my life? Please forgive me and please let’s have fellowship once again.”

If We Confess Our Sins

It is at that moment that we realize that we have compartmentalized Him out of our lives. It is also at that time when we realize that we need to confess our sins to Him and re-establish that fellowship.

I love 1 John 1, in verses 6- 9 it deals with the pitfalls of compartmentalizing as well as gives us the solution.

Please note my comments in the brackets.

1John 1:6-9 If we say that we have fellowship with him, and walk in darkness, we lie, and do not the truth: — (This is us compartmentalizing, justifying, rationalizing, etc)

7 But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin. — (This is how we are to live)

8 If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. — (This is the result of us compartmentalizing, justifying, rationalizing, etc)

9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. — (This is the solution to compartmentalizing)

Once we have been forgiven of our sin and cleansed from all unrighteousness, the compartmentalization that we have been putting ourselves through seem to disappear.

That is till we start compartmentalizing again.

How To Not Go Down The Compartmentalizing Path

1 John 1:6-9 gives us a good idea, but there is more that we need to do. Otherwise what happens is that we start living a roller coaster life of sinning like hell, then repenting, then sinning, and then repenting.

Living a miserable life like that is not what the Lord had in store for us.

To stop living this sort of depressing un-victorious life we need to do one thing.

That is to fully submit to God.

We need to submit to Him, His ways and His Word. But we do not like this, we like to rebel.

When we compartmentalize, we start thinking on our own, start standing on our own, start doing things on our own. There is no submission.
We compartmentalize so that we can deal with sin that we want to live in, and the guilt and stress of living in it.

Yes, there are things that we do not want to do. We do things like yelling at the spouse and kids, looking at things you should not be looking at, doing things you should not be doing is all the outcome of compartmentalizing.

The answer is to fully submit to Him and live our lives like an open book before Him and others. It is God, not us, that starts to guide us and direct us. (Proverbs 3:5-6)

What is wonderful is that He takes care of those things that we had to compartmentalize.
Just so you know, we compartmentalized so that we are able to deal with the world as well as the stress and guilt that comes along with that.

Now I am not talking about living a life where you are tempting God. For example not showing up to work and thinking God will magically have all the bills paid and food on the table. We need to live in accordance to His Word.

Depending on Him fully is not living a life looking through rose colored glasses or having your head in the sand.

When we submit to Him fully, we open those doors of fellowship and we come just as we are. The stress and guilt are gone.

How Do We Fellowship?

We need to spend time talking to God. I know that during my day I talk to God often. It is kind of like when I am talking to Tracye. I just talk to Him and let Him know what is going on or I ask for His favor.

For example these past few weeks have been time consuming and I have not been able to write an article. This morning I asked God to help with this and give me an article that would help people. You are reading that answer to prayer right now.

Prayer works.

We need more time in His Word. If you really want to hear the voice of God, read His Word.

When you read the bible, you are literally letting the voice of God into your mind.

I am reminded of Romans 21:2

Romans 12:2 And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.
How we are transformed into a person who submits to Him is by the renewing of our mind. We do that by reading His Word so that His Word is in our mind.

The Holy Spirit authored the Scriptures to be read and understood. He delights in making himself known to us through his Word.

Scripture says…

John 14:26 But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.

Right there is a great promise. That the Holy Spirit will teach us but more than that, He will help us to remember those things that we have read in His Word when the time comes where it is needed.

Have you ever been talking to someone about the Lord and you are able to quote a verse out of the blue and not know where it came from?

That is because at some point you read that in His Word and it became a part of you. The Holy Spirit brought it back to you at that time and place.

Now, if you have not been reading much of your bible, you don’t have much to lean on for the Holy Spirit to help you remember.

This is why reading your bible is vitally important.

We need more time with other bible believing Christians.

Scripture says…

Hebrews 10:25a Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together…

We need fellowship with others because if we do not have this, we stagnate. Like a pond that is sitting with no fresh water coming in, it will soon stagnate and become poisonous.

Our Christian walk will do the same if we do not fellowship with others. When we stagnate, we compartmentalize. Then we start that process of justifying, rationalizing, etc etc all over again and God is compartmentalized right out of our lives again.

We need to stop compartmentalizing things in our lives. We need to learn to submit to Him fully. He has our best interest in mind.

We see what happens when we take control, we fail miserably.

Compartmentalizing is a pitfall that sometimes take a long time to come back from.

Submit to Him today and discover His still small voice again.

1 Peter 5:7 Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you.

The Left is Burying Us and The Many Ways To Support Our Efforts

By Ray & Tracye Gano

If you haven’t been paying attention, a number of ministries out there are being attacked head on and we are losing our income.

Our websites are being buried, hacked and taken down.

Google will not show results of our work even when you type in the title. Oh, you will eventually find it 7 pages down, but who goes 7 pages deep in a google search?  That means that our website is basically being forgotten. I used to get at least 1200 – 1500 unique visitors a day. Now, I get a couple hundred.

Twitter shadow bans me. That means that when I post, I think I am posting to the world, but no one see’s my post except me.

You Tube has defunded my channel, so we are not able to earn income from that anymore.

On top of that Christians are being demonized, demoralized, made 2nd and 3rd class citizens and God help you is your are a white male Christian Conservative and you just happen to wear a red MAGA hat in Walmart, you would think that one has committed some grievous crime or something.

If you watched the two AOC videos I sent out this week, you can clearly see that Marxist Communism is pushing very hard and ministries like ours are in the very middle.

So what are you getting at Ray?

To be blunt, we need your support and we have a number of ways that you can support our work.

Become a PZ Insider

We had a number of big contributors literally be called home to be with the Lord. Together they provided us about $650+ a month in support. Those are funds that are no longer coming in.  To top that off, Tracye’s web design has basically dried up. So, both of our income streams have slowed down drastically.

Let me ask you this… How many of you out there really benefit and love the articles and information I send out and yet you are not PZ Insiders?

Problem is that Christians are becoming more and more jaded and it seems like a “you owe it to me so why should I pay?” is becoming more prevalent and which is sad.

If it isn’t that, then it’s a “let the other guy cover it.”

Well, there are no more “other guys” covering it anymore.

It is attitudes like this that are the reasons so many small effective ministries are having to shut the doors.

Thing is that a lot of us make these sort of excuses and I am just as guilty at times. But since we have been put in this situation, we have tried to send our tithes out to a number of ministries that we love and support because we know where they are because we are there ourselves. So we truly understand how $10 more a month really does help.

Thrive Life

Tracye and I have been Thrive Life reps close to 8+ years now. We are big fans of the food and try to educate people on why having long term survival food on hand. In fact, Michael Snyder wrote a great article titled – “Historic Flooding Could See US Food Prices Skyrocket.”   Read the article, it is very eye opening.

One of the things I like about Thrive Life is getting on their monthly food purchasing program. For as little as $50 a month (plus shipping) you can have food sent to you. This is a great way to slowly build up your food supplies.

Another way of supporting us is letting me know you want to make some purchases and let me give you affiliate links. So if you know you are wanting to buy some electronic or such, tell me what that product is, I can look it up and give you a special link to you to use. I then get commission credit for making the sale. The bigger the product, the more I make.

Also, when you are reading some of my articles where I am making recommendations, click on those links and purchase those products that I am writing about.

Last Days Warrior Summits

Tracye and I have been producing special online summits. Kind of like watching a prophecy conference of sorts. We have gathered a number of speakers and presented topics. They then speak on that topic.

Our first Summit is on Prophecy & Patriots and our second is on Conspiracy.

IN FACT, we have just added Steven Menken to our Conspiracy summit. Here is a description of his first video he submitted and is already posted to the summit.

Blockchain Part 1

Is bitcoin the Mark of the Beast? Was it created by Deep State intelligence agencies? What about breakaway technologies and artificial intelligence? Before we can turn our attention to the mysterious nature of cryptocurrencies, we must first understand at a basic level what a blockchain is, how it functions, and what some of the implications of the technology are. Steven Menking, the Senior Editor of On the Objective, takes us through a visual demo of how a basic blockchain actually works. Because we are dealing with a relatively new technology, uninformed speculation has ensconced itself in the minds of many truth-seekers as unimpeachable truth. Let’s untangle some of the fundamental notions while setting the stage for a more comprehensive discussion of the deeper possibilities that lie before us.

Welcome to the Last Days Warrior Summit!

https://lastdayswarriorcon.com

We also have our Conspiracy Summit…

https://lastdayswarriorsummit.com

Now one would think that with all these things going on you would think that we would have plenty, but we don’t.  PZ and Tracye’s Web design has been the primary income. Those folks who went home to be with the Lord topped with Tracye’s business has hurt us both in a big way.

Even though we have poured ourselves into our summits, not many people have been signing up.

I am now selling Rainbow vacuums on the side just to try to make ends meet. This is why some of the newsletters have been a little late getting out there.

No matter what, we are doing everything we can to keep Prophezine alive and continue to be that voice I the wilderness.

In the near future, we are going to be taking on hard topics that people do not want to listen to, but needs to be said.

Our nation is under attack in a massive way and if Trump loses the 2020 elections, our nation is doomed.

And I am not the only one saying that. There are a number of respected commentators saying it as well.

Another thing that is being spoken about more and more… Civil War.

If the Marxist left steal that 2020 elections, which is a serious possibility, I can see guns in the streets, and it will get bloody. More and more people are talking about it and more and more are willing to do it.

This is a topic that I will be discussing more in detail and how we can prepare if something like that does take place…. Which again, is a realistic possibility.

So please, continue to support Tracye & I’s work here at Prophezine.

As of right now we are short $450 and have 3 days left in the month.

Pray that God raises up the resources to the point that I do not have that weight and stress at the end of every month.

Another way of helping is by giving. If you want to give to help cover that shortfall, please use the following link.

The Gano Medicine Cabinet

By Ray Gano

I consider myself a naturopath / holistic practitioner. I’ve spent a lot of years building my knowledge of natural remedies – and I’m still learning, but I am so glad I made the effort to acquire a basic understanding of how to apply natural substances to the goal of helping people in my family to feel well again when they are not feeling good.

Now don’t get me wrong, I use all kinds of over the counter products as well like Motrin, Bayer, Alka Seltzer, Tums, etc. But I like to try to use as many natural products to help heal the body when I am able.

With that said, what I want to do in this article is share with you what we keep around in our medicine cabinet.

The Gano Medicine Cabinet Staples

Activated charcoal – a natural detoxifier and remover of waste, charcoal is a substance that is used to carry out undesirable substances from the digestive tract. Make certain you find a variety that does not use petroleum as a base for the charcoal preparation and is considered “food grade” and comes from a source such as coconut or bamboo. Excellent to use when experiencing abdominal cramping, bloating, gas, upset stomach, or diarrhea. This supplement is normally effective when taken one to three times in a row, depending on the severity of the symptom. Baths – can also be used as poultice, compress or bath treatment for pain, infection, swelling, or detoxification purposes. We use Nature’s Way Activated Charcoal. Safe for children.

Aloe vera – aloe vera juice is great for digestion and immune system function and support and can be taken daily between (at least two hours after) or ahead of meals. Take 1 to 2 ounces daily. It is also great for the skin (both externally and internally used) and is a good base in making homemade cosmetics (think deodorant, tooth cleaners, soaps, shampoos, etc.) A good brand available from the health food store is Nature’s Way Aloe Vera. You can add your aloe vera juice to water (it basically tastes like water), juice, smoothies, or just drink it straight.

Apple cider vinegar – besides a great natural cleaning agent (dilute with water and use anywhere in your home), ACV is great as a daily supplement added to salads, water, or juice. When you are sick or have a cold or flu, it can be taken several times a day to add essential amino acid compounds and good bacteria to support your body and immune system. It is best to drink it with a straw, as repeated use of ACV can wear away the enamel on your teeth. I recommend raw apple cider vinegar that has not been processed nor pasteurized. Bragg’s is an excellent brand and contains the “mother”, a gelatinous substance formed during the final step of fermentation containing valuable minerals, enzymes, and nutrients.

Castor oil – useful for detoxification (for liver and other organs), sore muscles, strains, sprains, or bruising, and PMS. It is a versatile, natural oil used for many different needs. Castor oil packs are widely recommended by practitioners for patients, and especially for complimentary care in cancer treatment. Castor oil packs are also used to shrink tumors and cysts, as applied directly to the affected area. Keep castor oil in the refrigerator when not in use. If it becomes cloudy or discolored, discard.

Use a small piece of fabric (wool or cotton flannel is best); cut a square, tripled or quadrupled over – can be as small as 4 x 4 inches or larger, depending on the area you are treating. Get a small dish (such as a casserole dish) and pour castor oil over the fabric and saturate, taking care not to get oil on other fabrics, upholstery, and clothing.

Get a water bottle and fill with hot water (not over 120 degrees). Apply fabric pack directly to skin and place the water bottle over the pack. You can use an old towel or t-shirt to make sure castor oil does not spread to your furniture or bed. The best time to do castor oil packs is in the evening before bed, and you should leave the pack on for 30 minutes to an hour. Try to remain quiet and in a resting state, without interruption.

Cayenne pepper – a great remedy for sore throats, colds, flus, and respiratory infections. It is rich in minerals and vitamins, and also a good digestive and cardiovascular aid. Great for digestive woes like bloating, gas, constipation, stomach cramping, allergies, poor circulation, chronic pain, headaches, and toothaches. It actually works to expand blood vessels to aid in carrying nutrients contained in pepper and other foods to the cells in your body. Cayenne can help stabilize blood sugar and cholesterol levels. It is also a powerful, natural detoxificant agent for the whole body. Dr. John R. Christopher’s (well-known herbalist) School of Natural Healing (book) and web site discusses many effective herbal remedies, including cayenne pepper.

To use cayenne pepper internally, add 1/4 to a 1/2 teaspoon to a cup of about 6 ounces or more of warm water. The mixture will be spicy, so use caution. Sip or drink as able until gone. For added detoxification benefit and taste, you can add some Grade B maple syrup and lemon juice. It can also be used topically to wounds or cuts. You can apply the pepper directly to the wound or use 1/4 cayenne in a home-made solution with salt water. Use a small amount of water and salt to make a paste and apply. If necessary, cover with bandages or gauze.

Coconut oil – a natural antifungal and antiviral oil that can kill yeast (it’s great for those experiencing candida), use on skin for body moisturizing, abrasions, sunburn, chapping or chaffing, cuts, bruises, scrapes, conditioner for hair, diaper rash, use in cooking as a healthy, medium chain triglyceride fat, and is also a great digestive aid and because of its caprylic acid content, can be used to help control candida issues – for use alone or with any meal.

Colloidal silver – this substance has many uses and can be taken internally as well as applied topically. We use silver mostly for cuts and wounds. It heals very fast. Just apply a small amount and cover with a bandage or gauze strip. Some people use it successfully as a nasal spray or in a neti pot preparation for sinus and respiratory issues and allergies. I have found it works best on cuts and wounds. We use Now Foods SilverSol.

Cranberry juice (unsweetened, concentrated) – this is a great juice to take every day for lymphatic health and detoxification. I use about 8 ounces to 64 ounces of filtered water and drink daily. If desired, you can add fresh squeezed lemon or orange juice to the mixture, and Stevia or raw honey if the natural tartness is too much. It’s great for kidney health and contains many trace minerals and vitamins. I enjoy mine straight.

Dental/tooth/gum -Tooth and Gums Tonic – an all-natural, highly concentrated preparation made from ecologically-produced and sustainably harvested wild herbs echinacea and gotu kola, and oils of peppermint, red thyme, cinnamon bark, eucalyptus and lavender. This is one of the only substances I have ever found that works on canker sores (even over lysine), and is great for a mouthwash or substitute for brushing your teeth if you find yourself without a toothbrush. As it is highly concentrated, only small amounts are needed for use at a time, and depending on how much you use it, a bottle could last for months. Tastes amazing!

I have discovered another amazing natural dental rinse – kombucha! One way to relieve sore gums is by massaging the area several times daily and rinsing with a bit of kombucha. Hold it in your mouth for as long as you can (I try to do it for about 3 minutes or longer), it really helps the pain and tenderness subside.

Cod liver oil – load up on cod liver oil for dental and skeletal health and issues. I normally take 2 capsules in the morning and 2 at night with meals. Cod liver oil is so good for many health remedies, and I would think increasing your dosage to as many as 2 three or more times daily would be beneficial.

Carrier oils – pressed from the fatty portion of a plant or food (such as nuts, kernels, and seeds) and are used with essential oils (see below). These oils do not impart their scent as strongly as essential oils. Used to carry and dilute stronger oils which alone can cause irritation or burning. Here are some examples of carrier oils: sweet almond, avocado, borage, apricot kernel, jojoba, hemp seed, sunflower, sesame, pecan, macadamia, olive, or coconut oil.

Carrier oils go rancid fairly quickly (except for coconut oil) and should be used up or replaced often. You can use approximately a 5 to 1 ratio of carrier to essential oil mixture for topical use on the skin, or follow the directions on the package. Therapeutic grade oils are the best quality to use.

Echinacea – This is a great herb to have in the home. It boosts the Immune system, reduces upper respiratory issues, reduces infections, and can be taken orally or applied topically to combat pain.  Coming down with the flu? Take your echinacea in combination with Sambucol and activated charcoal. The one that we use is Now Foods Echinacea

Essential oils – are distilled from the bark, roots, and other aromatic components of botanicals, herbs, and plants. I use Now Foods & Young Living therapeutic grade oils.

Here are some of the mixtures I use:

Digestion: ginger, peppermint, tarragon, fennel, anise, caraway, and coriander. When someone has an upset stomach, use a carrier oil and a few drops of these oils to massage gently into abdominal area and on the bottoms of the feet. You can also add a few drops to hot water and sip.

Respiratory/Allergies: eucalyptus, lavender, lemon, melaleuca, laurel leaf, and tea tree oil. Use a few drops in hot steam as aromatherapy (breathing preparation) or in a neti pot or saline spray wash with a home-made saline solution and/or add some of the contents of a probiotics capsule as well.

Headache/stress/tension: lavender, lemon, peppermint, or melaleuca are all good oils to use – combined or alone. Use 2 – 3 drops essential oil to 3-4 drops carrier on a cotton ball and apply to affected area. We use essential oils on our foreheads and temples for headaches, which works quite well. Also make certain you a hydrated with filtered water that has minerals or add some unsweetened cranberry juice to your water. Minerals are essential in staying hydrated.

Immune Boosting/Prevention of flus/colds, and other illnesses: wild orange, clove bud, rosemary, eucalyptus, and cinnamon. Dilute and use as a gargle for prevention or when you feel a cold, flu, or sore throat coming on. Dilute in spray bottles with purified water to clean doorknobs, floors, countertops, and other public-use surfaces. Use a few drops in an empty gelatin capsule for immune support.

Respiratory/sinus: Oil of oregano, one of the most powerful, natural antibiotics can be used for various issues like stomach upset, diarrhea, colds, flus, and respiratory or sinus infections. You can buy good quality wild, Mediterranean oregano from most health food stores. The preparation is often contained in a carrier mix such as olive oil. You can also mix your own saline at home with sea salt and filtered water and mix oil of oregano along with clove bud oil, bay leaf, and sage for use in a neti pot or a nasal spray in a bottle.

Another great way to clear congestion and mucous out of your sinus and nasal passages is to put a few drops of eucalyptus and tea tree oil on a cotton ball. Put the cotton ball in a clean, empty bottle such as an old vitamin or mineral supplement container. Plug one nostril at a time and breathe deeply from the bottle multiple times. Tea tree oil is a natural antifungal, antiseptic, and disinfectant and its fumes are powerful enough to ward off an infection in your respiratory tract if started quickly enough.

Taken orally, I just add the Oil of Oreganol P73 by North American Herb & Spice to filtered water (read bottle directions, usually no more than 3 -5 drops) and drink it down. It has a strong, spicy flavor. Use a slice of lemon to remove the taste in your mouth, if desired, afterward.

Fermented cod liver oil – this is a food as well as a great remedy for colds, flus, and other illness. Although we take FCLO everyday, if someone in my family is sick, we load up on this important food which is packed with nutrients like Vitamins A and D. We use Green Pastures Blue Ice Royal.

Garlic – a great, natural antifungal, immune booster, and detoxifier. Eat raw (if you can stand it). Or, crush a few cloves of garlic and add to 4 cups water, bring to a boil and then sip. Garlic is good for infections – bacterial and viral. Also good for sinus infections and is good for digestion. Garlic oil is great mixed with other essential oils like eucalyptus, tea tree, and echinacea and a carrier oil (see above) for ear infections and stopped up ear canals.

Goldenseal root – this herb is a bitter tasting potent and used for aiding digestion, curing infections and inflammation, and can be purchased in powder form from the health food store. If you take to much Goldenseal, it can also hurt digestion. To much and it will affect the gut flora and kill it off. Although I have never used it for this purpose, it is apparently useful for canker sores and as an earwash as well, when added to warm water as a gargle or washing agent. It can also be applied topically to cuts, bruises, and infected areas of the skin.  Because it is expensive and concentrated, you only need small amounts at a time when purchasing from the store, and it is wise to remember that a little goes a long way.

Olive oil – use on your skin and body for moisturizing, eat on salads and light cooking (low temperature heat), and for oil pulling. Oil pulling is a useful way to detoxify your body and remove dangerous substances. Use 2 tablespoons of oil, first thing in the morning before eating, drinking, or brushing your teeth. Swish the oil in your mouth for 10 minutes and then spit out into a garbage can. Oil pulling should be done multiple times for maximum effect. Improves mouth or gum disease, chronic infections and many other health issues.

Probiotics – if you are a person who regularly eats fermented foods like yogurt, kefir, sauerkraut, lacto-fermented vegetables, etc. you are probably getting a good supply of friendly bacteria from real food in your diet, which is essential to health. Sometimes though, we all need a boost. I keep therapeutic-grade probiotics in our house at all times, which we take daily, but also for when anyone is not feeling well – whether it’s a common cold, sore throat, flu, upset stomach, diarrhea, or anything else. Make sure you store them in the refrigerator, heat does effect probiotics. Here are the brands we use: BioKult, Biotics Research, Prescript-Assist, Advanced Naturals. It is a good idea to switch brands every few months to ensure diversity of bacteria in the gut.

Good quality probiotics are essential to your health; it’s not a good idea to skimp on quality because the majority of products on the market do not actually contain the strains nor the numbers of bacteria shown on the label, contain genetically-modified material, and some products are made from toxic sources such as (gasp!), human bowel waste.

Raw honey – Honey is a natural as a dietary supplement and as a topical application for infections, flus, and colds and supports digestion and immune function. Dissolve 1 tablespoon of raw honey in warm water with 1/8 teaspoon of cinnamon or take straight several times daily for coughs, colds, and related ailments. You can also take raw honey and cinnamon with lemon in water as well for health.

Believe it or not, raw honey can also be used on the skin and will help heal because it is a natural antibiotic.

Sambucol – This is elderberry syrup and is a proven cure for the flu. In fact, if you take it at the first signs of symptoms, you will likely kick the flu bug and recover in just a day or so. Elderberry naturally boost your immune system and floods it with antibodies. So if you get some virus, drink up the Sambucol.

This is what we use – https://amzn.to/2Oe6s54

Sesame oil – is useful for massaging into the skin and for oil pulling (see olive oil above) to remove impurities and toxins from the body.

Q&A – What is the Shelf Life of Flour?

By Ray Gano

Hi Ray & Tracye,

Do you know what the shelf-life is of flour, and how do you keep it from getting weevils? – Peg

Hello Peg,

This is a great question, especially for folks who are setting up their food storage.

To give you a short answer, it depends on where you store it.

You can store it in your freezer for up to 12 months.

You can store it in your refrigerator for up to 6 months

Or you can store it at room temperature (your cupboards / pantry) for  up to 3 months

GETTING THE MOST FROM FOOD STORAGE

Before tackling the question, I want to talk a little bit about food storage.

When you store any sort of food, it is oxygen that is the enemy.  The more air you can take out of your food storage containers, the better.

One of the greatest investments Tracye and I have made is our FoodSaver. The one we own is the FoodSaver FM2435, and we love it. This one also has the ability to do wet / moist foods where older versions could not do that. These run about $100.00 and they are worth every penny.

You can get one on Amazon w/Prime for $96.47 – https://amzn.to/2XVmIfI

You do not know how much leftovers we have saved and not gone to waste because of this. This was one of the first “preparedness” products that we purchased.

I mention this product because with this you can help prevent getting those weevils in your flour and possibly even extend the food items you are storing.

If you do not have a FoodSaver, then you can also use 1-gallon Zip Lock Freezer Bags.

Don’t go cheap and get the regular 1-gallon storage bags, get the thicker freezer bags. They will prevent punctures a lot better instead of the regular bags.

Another item I want to mention are Oxygen Absorbers. These are the little packets you find in vitamin bottles, specialty chips, dried seaweed, basically anything that needs to maintain zero humidity in the package.

What these packets do is “absorb” the left-over oxygen in the package and helps prevent oxidization of the food product, which makes it stale and then rot.

Here are the ones we use – Oxygen Absorbers – https://amzn.to/2VRg74i

These come in two vacuum sealed bags. Just open one bag and use it and leave the other sealed. To protect the already opened bag of absorbers, put them in a mason jar and they will last a long time. When they turn pink, they are used up.

STORING FLOUR – WHAT YOU WILL NEED

With the FoodSaver
FoodSaver Vacuum Food Sealer
1 FoodSaver Bag cut to size and sealed on the bottom.
1 Oxygen absorber (optional)
1 Bag of Flour

Without the FoodSaver
1 Gallon Zip Lock Freezer Bag
1 Drink Straw
1 Oxygen absorber
1 Bag of Flour

HOW TO…

  1. Keep your flour in the packaging. This is yet another barrier to help keep your food safe and bug free.
    2. Put your bag of flour into a FoodSaver bag.
    3.  Add your oxygen absorber packet
4 Suck the air out and seal the bag

Once you have done this your bag of flour has a pretty dense feel to it because almost all the air has been taken out of the package.

Now that you have this, you can store it in your pantry, refrigerator or freezer.

If you do not have a FoodSaver, you can achieve something close to these results by putting your flour in the freezer Zip Lock bag and zip it just about all the way.

Put your drink straw into the un-zipped portion of the bag and try to suck out as much air as you can. You can put your fingers around the straw and zipper opening and that will help you keep a better seal.

As you are sucking the air out and once you have gotten to the point where you are ready to seal, you need to pull the straw out while sucking and zip the bag all in one motion.

You may not get this on the first try, so do the best you can.

SAVING IN BULK

In today’s world I have been telling people to start looking at food as an investment. I have been tracking the commerce department’s Personal Consumption Expenditures Index and guess what, food and energy prices have risen about 15% + every year. So, the food you buy and store today, will be worth more tomorrow. This is a fact. Think about it, that is a good rate of return for your money. Money saved is money earned.

Folks, I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but the prices are only going to continue to go up further as the years progress.

So not only is buying in bulk wise, it is also prudent of you to do so.

BULK STORAGE – WHAT YOU NEED

1 5-gallon Plastic Storage Container- this needs to be HDPE, which stands for High Density Polyethylene. If you look on the bottom of the bucket you will see the recycle symbol, a triangle of arrows surrounding the number 2.

If the bucket has this, it is food grade.

Now check what was stored in the bucket prior to storing your flour. Often dill pickles are stored in these, if you get them used. To check, just smell the bucket. You can tell what was stored usually by the smell. It might smell like maple syrup, ketchup, mustard, relish, pickles, there are a lot of things. If they smell, you may want to find a different bucket because your flour may absorb some of the smell.

1 5-6-gallon mylar bag
1 2×4 approximately 12- 14 inches long
1 cotton bath towel
4-5 oxygen absorbers
6-7 whole dried bay leaves

A cheap or used standard iron for ironing clothes – if you have a FoodSaver, you can use this as well.

You can get a great 10 Bag Mylar Bag Kit here — https://amzn.to/2Cf7CZn

The kit contains the following…

  • 10 – each 20″x30″ Foil lined, 4.3 mil Thick
  • Sealable With Hot Iron-Can Reseal After Opening
  • Ideal for Long Term Food Storage
  • 2,000cc Oxygen Absorbers made by Oxy-Sorb with indicator pill/eye
  • Light, Moisture, Oxygen Barrier and Puncture Resistant

You can use these for rice, beans, noodles, lentils, as well as flour. If you go with the kit, you will not need the smaller oxygen absorbers, but it isn’t a bad idea to add a few of these to the flour for extra added safety.

HOW TO…

Take your bucket and make sure it is cleaned out. In the bottom of the bucket put 1 oxygen absorber and 3-4 bay leaves.

Next, open your mylar bag and put it in the bucket. Push it down to the bottom and get a good fit.

Put an oxygen absorber into the mylar bag

Add your flour to half way

Add another oxygen absorber

Fill the rest of the bag to about 3 inches from the rim of the bucket

NOTE: You should have a good amount of bag left.

Put an 1-2 oxygen absorbers on top of the flour and close up the bag.

Make sure the bag is NOT folded but both sides of the bag can touch each other.

Wrap the 2×4 in the towel and put it across the rim of the bucket

Lay a part of the bag on the 2×4 and with the hot iron, quickly seal the bag.

Depending on how your bag is situated, you can seal 2-3 places.

Cut off any excess mylar bag

Put 1-2 more oxygen absorbers on top of the bag with 4-5 bay leaves.

Put the lid onto your bucket and seal it up tight.

On the lid or on the side tape a label telling you the contents as well as the date you sealed the flour.

If you have the room, store it in your freezer and it will keep up to a year, 6 months in your refrigerator or 3-6 months in your pantry depending upon the temperature.

Above all, make sure you rotate your stock and eat off of your food stores. In the end you will see your grocery bill start to go down because you are not shopping as much because you have purchased in bulk.

Now you can use this same method in storing dry goods like beans, lentils, rice and wheat. These items will keep for years.

Just to make a point, wheat discovered in King Tut’s tomb was still edible and able to make flour from it even after being over a thousand years old.

Finally, if you want to get flour with a 5 year shelf life, then look at purchasing some flour from our Thrive Life store.

https://www.thrivelife.com/Gano

A one gallon can (#10 can) is $13.29 per can.

We also have a gluten free flour and a whole wheat flour.

I hope that this has helped answer some of your food storage questions.

I enjoy answering these sort of emails, because it often leads to creating a great article that I get to share with all of you.
